Chopped Strand Mat

Chopped Strand Mats consist of chopped glass fibers bonded together using a polyester powder. The mats are designed to be compatible with unsaturated ortho polyester, iso polyester, vinyl ester and a variety of other resins. Chopped Strand Mats are used as backing for gel-coat and standard laminate reinforcements for most contact molding (hand lay-up). AVALIABLE IN 3/4OZ, 1OZ, 1.5OZ, 2OZ, 3OZ and custom widths.

Woven Roving

Woven Roving Fabrics are composed of direct roving woven into a fabric or tape. The input rovings are designed to give controlled wet-out and excellent laminate properties. The construction gives bi-directional (0º/90º) reinforcement and the strength of continuous filaments. Double Bias Fabrics

Double Bias Fabrics are a stitch-bonded composite reinforcement combining equal amounts of continuous fiber oriented in the +45° and -45° directions into a single fabric. This construction offers off-axis reinforcement without the need to rotate other materials on a bias. The versatile fabric, made from high-quality fibers, is available in a variety of widths and weights to meet your particular requirements.
